Edtech project, that allows people to learn from their heroes
Co-creator and lector
  • Developed an educational service, that helps people to receive practical skills by working back-to-back to their heroes. Overall we have attracted 5 heroes, who educated 400+ students with an average of 80% completion rate
  • Developed a product management course 
and educated 250 students with average completion rate at 75%. In order to accomplish that I conducted market research, created a programme and built 
an IT-solution with my team. About 35% of my students grew in terms of salary, 30% changed their job with an upgrade

Case competition and rating for outsource product teams

  • Together with my business partner we’ve built and independent case competition for outsourced product companies. They have been evaluated based on their real performance with the business case by an experts jury of 50+ CPOs and CEOs.
  • Later we released a rating that was viewed and considered by 100k users. We also conducted the educational project, helping 180 professionals to enhance their skills.

  • Conducted 12 market researches together with Synovate Comcon, that helped to create consistent marketing strategy
  • Develop Drivers Communication Strategy (for 29K drivers), including analysis of existing and potential marketing tools, research on brand values, development of company’s value proposition, improvement of communication channels effectiveness by 10% and introduction of new acquisition tools
  • Conducted B2C churn analysis and developed new retention strategy, that helped to increase conversion from rare users to frequent users by 15%
Team development
  • Launched 2 special verticals (coordinated R&D and Product departments in Israel, local driver fleet and transport department, outsourced logistics and strategic partners, marketing departments in RU and UK)
